Not sure if you are a Program Customer or an Invoice Customer?

Program Customers
Program customers have printers with a Printelligent sticker showing a five or six digit printer ID number. Your printer service may be included in your regular billing contract depending on the selected service and the billing program of the printer.

Invoice customers
Invoice customers are billed per service request and the cost is determined by time and cost of materials. Printers will not have a Printelligent sticker so please provide the printer's make and model.
